By accessing and using the KAS Couture & Brands website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, due to the handcrafted nature of our couture pieces, slight variations in colour, texture, embroidery, and finish may occur. Product images are for reference and may vary slightly from the actual item.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue products, or correct pricing errors at any time without prior notice.

Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. An order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation from us via email or WhatsApp.

We may cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inability to verify payment. In such cases, any amount charged will be refunded promptly.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Custom, made-to-measure, and bespoke orders require accurate measurements and specifications provided by the customer. Additional production time may apply. Once production has commenced, custom orders cannot be cancelled or modified. Custom orders are subject to our Return / Exchange Policy.

Payment

We accept online payments through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking) and WhatsApp-assisted ordering as available on our website. You agree to provide current and accurate payment information. All transactions are processed securely through our payment partners.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, designs, and graphics — is the property of KAS Couture & Brands or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

KAS Couture & Brands shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat.

Changes

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
