Shipping Coverage

KAS Couture & Brands ships across India. All orders are dispatched from our atelier at Surat, Gujarat, India.

Processing Time

Ready-to-wear orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation and payment verification.

Custom, made-to-measure, and made-to-order pieces require additional production time. Estimated timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation via email or WhatsApp.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery across India typically takes 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and courier service availability. Remote or non-serviceable areas may require additional time.

Shipping Charges

• Free express shipping on orders above Rs. 2,999
• A flat shipping charge of Rs. 199 applies to orders below Rs. 2,999

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout and are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email or WhatsApp. You can also view your order status by logging into your account under My Orders.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make delivery attempts as per their standard procedure. If delivery cannot be completed, the package may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply for orders returned due to incorrect address details or failed delivery attempts.

International Shipping

We currently ship within India only. For international enquiries, please contact us at kasofficial.111@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.

Delays & Force Majeure

KAS Couture & Brands is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, natural disasters, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will keep you informed of any significant delays affecting your order.
