Return / Exchange Policy

Our Commitment

At KAS Couture & Brands, every piece is crafted with care. Because many of our garments are bespoke, made-to-order, or handcrafted, our return and exchange policy differs from standard ready-to-wear retailers. Please read the guidelines below before placing your order.

Eligible for Exchange

Ready-to-wear items may be eligible for exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact
  • The item has not been altered, customised, or damaged
  • You contact us within the 7-day window with your order number

Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

  • Custom-made, made-to-measure, or altered garments
  • Items ordered with specific measurements or bespoke requests
  • Products marked as final sale or purchased during special promotions (unless stated otherwise)
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, perfume, or stains
  • Intimate apparel, innerwear, or hygiene-sensitive products
  • Items returned after the 7-day exchange window

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Contact our team before shipping anything back:

Please include your order number, product name, reason for the request, and photos if the item arrived damaged or defective. Our team will review your request and provide instructions within 2–3 business days.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping charges and custom order fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a manufacturing defect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage in transit. We recommend using a trackable courier service.
